FAME foundation was established to solicit, encourage and advance the social, emotional and economic wellbeing of women and girls as well as formulate programmes within the framework of national development plan with a view to enhancing the participation of women and advocate for gender parity in the society.
FAME foundation firmly believe that the entire nation, businesses, communities and groups can benefit from the implementation of programs and policies that adopt the notion of women empowerment.
FAME foundation in partnership with the rural secondary school initiative conducted an annual outreach in 4 secondary schools and 2 primary schools in Delta state.
420 pads was given to girls and 200 notebooks to primary school pupils. Schools visited are as follows;

4. Oviri ogor secondary school ughelli north
5. Eruke primary school otokutu aghara
6. Oghogwa primay school motor ogor
The school girls were taught on how to avoid rape, rape and its dangers, sexual molestation and career building and sexual purity.
