FAME foundation was established to solicit, encourage and advance the social, emotional and economic wellbeing of women and girls as well as formulate programmes within the framework of national development plan with a view to enhancing the participation of women and advocate for gender parity in the society.

Amina Priscille Longoh has been appointed Minister of Women and Early Childhood Care. Since 2019, she has been the Director General of the National House of Women in Chad. She is also the president of the Chad Helping Hands foundation that she created. She promotes the education of girls and the poor.
A communications graduate, Amina Priscille Longoh began her career in the petroleum sector before turning to humanitarian work. In fact, in 2016, she initiated a fundraising campaign on social networks to help a poor woman have her 2-year-old daughter who had eye cancer operated on.
