The class was privileged to have in attendance Mr. Lukas Schifferle, the Deputy Head of Mission, Swiss Embassy to Nigeria, who was accompanied by his wife and Ms. Ali Ojoma.

By 10:30 am, Mr. Lukas and his wife addressed the class. They encouraged the participants to not limit themselves and also remain focused on their learning journey.

The class representative handed over the HerSTEM shirt to the Deputy Ambassador, and it was duly appreciated.

Afterward, participants were served breakfast.

The class then continued with the graphics design tutor, Mr. Gentle inspecting participants’ work and ensuring each participant was carried along and right on track.

The class came to an end after all participant’s designs were analyzed and corrections effected during submission.

Afterward, lunch was served, and gifts brought by the guests were shared.

Participants were notified of their upcoming educational tour at the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and the absence of class the following week due to the Independence Day celebration.

The next class is scheduled for October 8, 2021.
