FAME foundation was established to solicit, encourage and advance the social, emotional and economic wellbeing of women and girls as well as formulate programmes within the framework of national development plan with a view to enhancing the participation of women and advocate for gender parity in the society.

FAME Foundation, an NGO based in Abuja, is excited to celebrate the impressive achievements of its ambassador, Folashade Oluwafemiayo. Her recent win in the women’s over 86kg para powerlifting category at the Paralympics in Paris is a major milestone, highlighting her dedication and exceptional talent.
Speaking to the press, Arabinrin Aderonke, Executive Director of FAME Foundation, took a moment to convey her heartfelt congratulations and reflect on this monumental achievement,

She also extends her warmest congratulations to Bose Omolayo, who achieved a silver medal in the women’s up to 79kg para powerlifting category with a lift of 145kg, and to Esther Nworgu, who earned silver in the women’s up to 41kg category.
