FAME International Women’s Day Football Tournament 2026 Is Coming!
FAME Foundation will mark International Women’s Day 2026 with its Annual Women’s Day Football Tournament, a non-professional football match scheduled to be held on 6 March 2026.
The tournament will take place at the Area 3 Football Pitch, Abuja, bringing women together in a friendly, inclusive setting that focuses on participation, teamwork, and celebration rather than competition alone.
The Women’s Day Football Tournament has become a familiar event that encourages women from different backgrounds to take part, connect, and enjoy the game of football in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Members of the general public are invited to attend, cheer the teams, and join in celebrating women.
