FAME Foundation Launches Nigeria Femicide Awareness Survey 2026
FAME Foundation has officially launched the Nigeria Femicide Awareness Survey 2026, a nationwide survey designed to better understand public awareness, perceptions, and attitudes towards femicide and violence against women.
The survey is part of the our Femicide Tracker initiative, which advances research, evidence, and advocacy to prevent the gender-related killing of women and girls. The findings will contribute to research, strengthen evidence-based advocacy, inform policy discussions, and support actions that promote the safety, rights, and protection of women and girls.
Every response matters. Whether you are familiar with the issue or learning about it for the first time, your participation will help build the evidence needed to drive meaningful change and strengthen efforts to end femicide.
The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and we encourage individuals, organisations, institutions, and communities across Nigeria to participate and share it widely.
Together, we can build stronger evidence, raise greater awareness, and advance collective action towards ending femicide and creating a safer future for every woman and girl.
