FAME Foundation is now accepting applications for the HerSTEM programme, from women and girls with disabilities who are interested in STEM courses. The courses include; Microsoft Office, graphic design, Mathematics, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, and other STEM Courses.

These STEM courses are free, and classes are expected to start in May for six months. Students will be awarded certificates at the end of the training to certify that they have undergone a STEM course. 

Requirements

Applicant must be; 

1. Between the age of 10 and 25
2. Girl or woman living with Disability.
3. Passionate about STEM, open, and willing to learn
4. Living within FCT, Abuja
5. Applicants must adhere to the training rules, policies and regulations. 

Interested applicants should send a 1-page personal statement describing; 

• Yourself 
• Your passion
• Why you want to take in the STEM training. 

All applications should be sent via mail to herstem@famefoundationwg.org with the subject APPLICATION FOR HERSTEM on or before March 5th, 2021.  

Limited slots are available.

Applications will be considered on a rolling basis. 

Late applications will not be accepted.
